Activate without connecting the machine
- Export a signed activation request from your disconnected application.
- Choose its license and upload the request here.
- Download the response file and import it on that same machine.
The license certificate has no expiry or renewal requirement. Request files expire after 30 days. Re-uploading an unchanged completed request retrieves its original certificate without consuming another installation.
Move to another machine
Export a signed deactivation file from the old installation. The application removes its saved certificate. Upload the file here to release that installation, then activate the new machine with the same product license.
Old machine lost or inaccessible?
Open the license’s installation details and request a replacement. Support reviews the reason before freeing the slot. Your requests and their decisions appear below.
An existing offline certificate cannot be recalled remotely. Transfers depend on removing old copies. These tools move installations; they do not change the purchasing account or resell a license.

Review the installation generation and loss reason. Approval retires that installation and releases one slot; it cannot recall offline copies.
